Consent records: when you check the consent box we store the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser user agent as proof of consent.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically when you use the site.

Advertising and analytics data: we run the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and build audiences.

By submitting the Qualification Engine you give express written consent to be contacted at the phone number and email you supply, including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded or AI voice messages, SMS, and email. Consent is not a condition of obtaining financing.

Reviewing your profile and matching products does not require a hard credit inquiry. A hard inquiry occurs only if you proceed to final underwriting with a specific lender, and that lender's own disclosures will govern that step.

We retain submission and consent records for as long as needed to service your request and to satisfy legal recordkeeping requirements, including telemarketing consent rules. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted-in-transit infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your state of residence you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email Approval@2ndchancebizcapital.com from the address you submitted, and we will verify and respond within the period required by law.
